FilePlus Software

To scan and index yourself. all you need is FilePlus.NET- a fully functional paper-scanning and image filing system. It is simple to use but highly efficient - and for a limited period we are offering the package for a discounted price of £1295.

This powerful software has been developed over 15 years resulting in a fast and robust suite of software. It is not scanner manufacturer dependent and will drive all document scanners in the marketplace e.g. Canon, Fujitsu, Kodak, Panasonic etc. (If you contact us we can advise you on the correct scanner for your situation.)

Of course, storing and finding scanned documents is vitally important and this is where FilePlus has always differed from its competitors. Our software works on the principle of employing completely licence-free databases (which we call cabinets) and each one to your own design. Consequently staff do not have to work with complicated computer folder structures; our approach is to present an interface comprising of pre-agreed user-friendly designs enabling indexing via text, combo and tick boxes (as demonstrated in the flash file above and samples below).
